Life at Virgin Media Television

Here at Virgin Media Television, we believe our employees are the key to a successful future and we are committed to not only listening to their thoughts and ideas, but to also providing a number of initiatives to improve life within, and outside, the company.

As well as offering a wide range of training opportunities in areas such as leadership, personal growth and computer programmes like Excel, Power Point and Project Management, Virgin Media Television also offers the popular Life Skills Bursary initiative. Bursaries are offered to anyone and are designed to encourage and enable staff to take courses which may fall outside of their day to day role which helps to enhance their life or career.

Anything from film making, psychology, creative writing, photography and wine tasting to acting could be undertaken. If voluntary work is applied for, requiring a bursary of ‘time’ rather than a 'monetary' amount, then this will also be considered using the same criteria.
